Villa Dany is a charming villa nestled in the green hills overlooking Lake Trasimeno, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it’s an ideal retreat for family reunions, groups of friends, or families seeking privacy.
The property consists of a main villa and an annex, both featuring rustic stone facades. Inside, the ground floor offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, moka, and toaster, along with a guest bathroom. The upper floors feature four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with hydromassage showers in two of them, while the annex includes a living room, kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom.
Originally a 19th-century mill, Villa Dany was fully renovated in 2023, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The villa includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool area, and a Smart TV with a soundbar hifi system. For families with young children, a crib and high chair are available. A courtesy kit with travel size toiletries will be provided for your convenience as well as hair dryers.
The outdoor space features a furnished dining area with a built-in barbecue, a large fenced garden, and a mosaic-tiled pool that offers panoramic views of Lake Trasimeno.
The fenced garden is filled with lawns, olive trees, and outdoor dining areas. A charming porch in the annex provides a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine. The garden is beautifully lit in the evening, creating an ideal ambiance for admiring sunsets over the lake.
The exclusive-use pool is surrounded by a stone-paved sunbathing area equipped with loungers and umbrellas.
Access to the villa is paved up to the entrance. Parking onsite is available for up to 6 cars
