Villa Ruffignano is a grand, luxurious villa from the 16th century, thoughtfully renovated to blend the charm of traditional Tuscan style with every modern comfort. Set in a private oasis spanning approximately 100 hectares, the villa offers breathtaking views over the mountains and valley, inviting you to escape into nature and leave behind the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The villa unfolds over three spacious floors:
Ground Floor: Enter a welcoming space featuring a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding, a large dining area for enjoying Tuscan meals together, and a fully equipped, professional kitchen designed for culinary adventures. The ground floor also includes a wine cellar and a convenient service bathroom.
First Floor: This level includes four beautifully furnished bedrooms—two doubles with private ensuite bathrooms, and two twin rooms that share a bathroom. A charming lounge area by the entrance provides an intimate setting for relaxation or conversation.
Second Floor: On the top floor, discover three double bedrooms and one triple room (featuring a double and a single bed). The triple room and one double have their own ensuite bathrooms, while the other two double rooms share a bathroom.
Outdoors, the villa's enchanting garden spans three terraced levels, each offering a unique lounge area where you can relax with a book or a glass of wine. On the lowest terrace, a private pool overlooks the valley, providing a perfect spot for soaking in the stunning surroundings. Take a peaceful stroll through the nearby woods, or dine alfresco in the outdoor dining area, embraced by nature's tranquility.
