On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped modern kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious Tuscan meals, alongside a separate dining room for memorable gatherings. The large sitting room invites relaxation, and one of the inviting double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom completes this level.
