Spread over two floors, the ground floor boasts a welcoming sitting area, ideal for unwinding with a glass of wine in front of the inviting fireplace. Adjacent to this cozy space is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for culinary adventures, and a delightful open dining room that invites family meals and gatherings. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
