Villa Dany is spread across three levels. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen, an open-plan dining and living area featuring a brick arch, a stone fireplace, and a Smart TV. This level also includes a guest bathroom with a shower, creatively designed from an old wood-burning oven, and a laundry room with external access. Two doors open onto the outdoor dining area and a small terrace. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, where a cozy sitting room with a fireplace awaits, along with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), sharing a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. On the second floor, there’s another double bedroom and a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), both sharing a bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The two-level annex, located between the main house and the pool area, offers a ground-floor sitting room furnished with a sofa, table, chairs, a fireplace, and a kitchenette, along with a bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower. The upper floor houses a double bedroom. Outside, a charming portico with seating provides a peaceful space to relax. Both the main house and annex are fully air-conditioned for comfort.
Set within a fully enclosed 6,500 sqm park, the property features expansive lawns, centuries-old olive trees, hedges, and tall trees, creating a tranquil and private environment. The outdoor dining area is equipped with a built-in barbecue, table, and chairs, while a shaded portico offers a perfect spot for relaxation. In the evening, strategically placed lights enhance the beauty of the garden, providing a magical backdrop for dining and enjoying sunsets over Lake Trasimeno. A parking area for six cars is located behind the pool area, just past the gate.
The private pool, offering stunning views of Lake Trasimeno, is located 20 meters from the main house and 10 meters from the annex, with easy access via a few steps. The pool area features a travertine border, a sunbathing space with loungers, a small sofa, armchairs, umbrellas, and a hot water shower. The pool is tiled with blue mosaic and is beautifully illuminated at night.
