Villa Il Barattino is an incredible 6-bedroom/7-bathroom property, located in the valley just 11 km away from the Etruscan hill town of Cortona, immersed in the beauty of the iconic Tuscan landscape. The villa is composed of two independent buildings, rented together, and both lovingly restored.
The main house, closest to the garden and swimming pool, has two floors. The ground floor has a large and well-lit living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This is the main kitchen for the entire property. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find another living room with a fireplace, a double bedroom with a bathroom and shower, and a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double, and another bathroom with a shower.
The second building is slightly smaller than the main one. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with independent entrances. One of these rooms is a double while the other is a twin with two single beds that can be joined. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, as well as a door between them that can be opened to join them.
On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, and another double bedroom with a bathroom. There is a lot of outdoor space, where you can relax in the garden, take a walk in the surrounding area, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. There are two gazebos and a pergola, as well as a BBQ and a wood oven.
