The modern concept of this apartment is defined by the large open space sitting area, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. There is a cloak room and a half-bathroom on this floor as well.
Upstairs one will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom with twin beds (that can be prepared as a double bed). Just outside this bedroom there is another bathroom. On the same floor one will also find a single bedroom, perfect for a young adult.
The property has been finished with great care to detail and with a contemporary flare. Air conditioning and central heating means full comfort in both summer and winter.
