The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five elegantly appointed double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, plus an additional bathroom. Of the six bathrooms, four are equipped with showers (one a service shower), while two feature bathtubs. Spread over two levels, the ground floor welcomes you with a cozy sitting area, perfect for gathering around the fireplace with a glass of wine. A fully equipped kitchen and an open-concept dining room complete this floor, where you’ll also find two of the bedrooms. The top floor offers an additional two stylishly designed bedrooms.
Just a short stroll away, an annex houses the fifth double bedroom and its own bathroom. Outdoors, you can enjoy three covered lounge areas, a lush garden, and a verdant lawn, all centered around a private swimming pool—your ultimate sanctuary to unwind and bask in the warmth of the renowned Tuscan sun.
