A wonderful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom property in the heart of town, Appartamento Benedetti is a property located on the top floor of a beautiful historic stone building, with a breathtaking view from the roof terrace, overlooking the Cortona skyline and the valley beyond. The view is beautiful, as is the apartment itself with its spacious, open rooms adorned with frescoes, making it a special and unique place to stay while visiting Tuscany.
The large living area has a stunning frescoed dome in the center, and here you also find a kitchenette with an induction stove top and a sitting/dining area. On either side are the two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master suite includes a stand alone tub and frescoed walls, while the second double bedroom is large and airy with an eclectic chic décor.
A staircase from the sitting room leads up to the private roof terrace with amazing, almost 360° views, the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine! The central location means that you are just steps away from all of the great restaurants, cafes, bars and special boutiques that Cortona has to offer.
