Villa Tornavento is a contemporary stone villa in Cortona, Tuscany, built on the foundation of a 12th-century house. Designed for minimalist luxury, it blends authentic Tuscan charm with modern comforts and offers breathtaking views of the valley and rolling hills. The villa is named after the summer breeze that graces its olive grove surroundings.
With five ensuite double bedrooms, Tornavento accommodates 10 guests. The air-conditioned interiors include a modern kitchen with an island, a spacious dining area, and two living rooms with Smart TVs. Two terraces provide seamless access to the outdoors.
The 6,500 sqm garden features a travertine infinity pool with a waterfall (11x5m), a sun deck with loungers and umbrellas, and a barbecue area with dining for 13. The fully fenced property ensures privacy while showcasing lush lawns, olive trees, and scenic beauty.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, ice maker, coffee machines, dishwasher), a laundry room with washer and dryer, Smart TVs in all rooms, and underfloor heating.
