Villa Antico Mulino is a beautifully restored medieval villa, nestled in the serene valley of Sant'Angelo, near the charming town of Cortona. The villa takes its name from an ancient mill uncovered during renovations, seamlessly blending historic charm with modern comforts.
Set across two levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with 4 spacious double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The ground floor features a generous, open living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for meal preparation, and a bright, air-conditioned/heated glazed porch for year-round enjoyment. Two large bedrooms offer direct access to the lush garden, complemented by two bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, and every guest will enjoy a courtesy kit with travel-size toiletries for added convenience.
Upstairs, two additional double bedrooms provide a restful escape, one with its own private terrace. From the terrace, a charming stone staircase leads directly to the unique swimming pool, which was converted from the original mill basin. The villa's pool area offers a perfect place to relax, with ample space to lounge and unwind.
The villa’s meticulously curated 500 sqm garden is a true highlight, featuring a spacious BBQ area with two large tables, an authentic wood-fired oven, a heated outdoor shower, and a rustic stone sink. For added convenience, the villa also includes an ironing kit to ensure you feel at home throughout your stay.
