Here, three double bedrooms are arranged: one with an en-suite bathroom, another with an adjoining bath split into two rooms, and a third with an adjacent bathroom with a shower. At the top level, the charming Colombaia loft offers an intimate double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The Apt Terrace is reached by five steps and includes an open-plan living and dining area with two sofas, a queen bedroom, a dining table for four, and a compact kitchen with essential appliances.
