Originally a 13th-century watchtower and later a monastery, this historic villa blends timeless charm with modern comfort. Spanning 300 square meters, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests with five spacious bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across the main house and two annexes.
The main house features two double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an en-suite bathroom—one with a cozy fireplace. The first floor includes a third double bedroom with an en-suite, a large living room, a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a light-filled reading room. The second floor offers a tranquil double bedroom with an en-suite, a panoramic reading room, and a mezzanine with two single beds and a bathroom, ideal for children or extra guests.
The first annex includes a kitchen, dining area, and a half bathroom, alongside an outdoor stone oven and a gazebo for al fresco dining. The second annex provides a double bedroom, bathroom, mini bar, and laundry area.
Outside, the lush gardens and pool offer a peaceful haven. Eight sun loungers and a shaded dining area complete the setting, perfect for relaxation and outdoor entertaining.
